Equal or better than some bigger namesThis is a reasonably priced strimmer and for the money works very well. I managed to get half an hour out of the battery which fares well against more expensive makes. I think everyone wants batteries that last longer, but I’ve yet to find one that lasts longer than this on a strimmer. As far as cutting grass goes it’s very good. Obviously not as powerful as cabled one but when tried on some rough ground with long grass it did the job. I was impressed that unlike the cabled Flymo one I have, it didn’t keep breaking the line and I didn’t have to keep rewinding it. The adjustable length handle is good especially if you are tall like me and the whole thing isn’t overly heavy. I did find it a bit fiddly to put together out of the box and I think the instructions could be improved on how to adjust it for edging etc. It’s not perfect, but overall I am pleased and happy with this purchase as I haven’t seen anything better for the price.

Better than expectedHaving read some reviews that criticised the battery life I have to say I am surprised. I’ve a fairly large garden but it’s not manicured. I needed this to whiz round the edges so save getting the petrol strimmer out and trying to start it and I already had batteries from other worx tools. It takes around 10-15 minutes to which round and the battery generally only goes down to 2 bars (of three). It’s light and strims well not as powerful as petrol one but perfectly adequate. Don’t catch your feet cus it hurts 😂

Much much better than expectedI’ve posted pics of before and after. Took about 1.5 batteries to clear that which in very happy with as that’s heavy strimming. The string is super tough, doesn’t snap on rocks or the fence. I bought this because I’ve already got a Worx cordless drill with 2 batteries. The batteries are interchangeable as the pics show. They are slightly different looking but it’s cosmetic, the batteries have the same part number, WA3551.1I actually like strimming now, didn’t think I’d say that. When we bought the house about a year back I cleared the back yard and used a big annoying Ryobi to strim the garden a long time back. It was strong but annoying to use, buying petrol and oil which stinks, kept cutting out, awkward, supper noisy and I had to get better earplugs, heavy and couldn’t be tilted it I got a wet oily bum. It is more powerful but the thicker string snaps more easily and its a right pain stopping it, tipping it a bit to get to the string cover to open it and release more while avoiding spilling the fuel. The house is still an ongoing project but at least the grassy areas are easy to manage now with this strimmer.It isn’t heavy amd does make the arms ache but it’s no effort to swap hands unlike the big petrol strappy things.Really versatile, easy to get under the hedge, ot pictured here and get the brambles Takes a while to get confident in adjusting the head by kind of standing on it!! I’m left handed so the edging is going to take practice as for edging it can only be set up for rightiesIts a no brainer, no smoke, 1/2 the noise, no fuel mixing or storing, no smell, lighter, smaller as its telescopic and so much quieter but I still had earplugs in.

EffectiveI found this effective, but it is quite hard work in general use although the presence of wheels helps take up some of the strain when it comes to edging lawns.I chose the **.2 option**, which meant I received two batteries and the basic charger, which is so small that it effectively looks like a battery that has a charger attached rather than the other way around. The batteries are not supplied with any pre-existing charge and each one takes about five hours to achieve a full charge, so ten hours needs to be set aside before first use if you have a lot of strimming that needs to be done. I found a battery lasted for about 25 minutes of fairly intense work with the odd start and stop included. It doesn’t feel like very good payback for the time spent charging.Knowing what I do now, I would choose the fast charger and get at least two batteries so that I could get more done and not have quite so much time needing to be spent waiting for charging. But I do have more than an acre of lawn and edging that needs attention and has previously been neglected before my arrival, so a couple of batteries will be ample for a smaller space.

la movilidad y el poco pesoBien, el corta césped, esta muy bien para un jardín, fantástico, tiene fuerza y dura bastante la batería, 45 min. ahora no esperéis que funcione a nivel hierba fuerte en terreno perdido, para esto, no sirve.
