Value for moneyI’ve been recently looking for a good toolkit/socket set and I am very happy with this I purchased for 80 pounds in the black Friday sale, and when I received it I was skeptical, but I’ve put the tools straight to use on my motorbike, they are strong enough for home use and odd jobs around the house.the tools are well made and feel well put together, perfect for someone who just wants to tinker with their car or bike and is also skint. I’ll edit this review if anything becomes a problem

Decent product let down by customer serviceThe sockets come in a hard plastic case, the plastic seems pretty sturdy although the hinge may break before the main case does, only time will tell. Another thing I’m not a fan of with the case is that it doesn’t close completely so there is a gap between the halves.The actual tools though are quite nice, good weight and quality to them. They are reasonably well organised into distinct sections and the case has labels of each socket size. For sure, I would say that it’s good value for money for what you get.Why only 3 stars? That’s more related to what I expected and what I received. I bought this set expecting a new socket set but what I got seemed to have been opened and some of the sockets clearly moved about and either not in the correct slots or not in a slot at all. I raised the issue with Amazon Customer Service who could only offer me a refund but I wasn’t willing to take that as I bought the set on a discount so I couldn’t re-purchase the set without spending more. My issue was escalated to the seller however I have had no contact from them. I’m a bit disappointed that I haven’t been contacted and the set didn’t meet my full expectations but it is useable. I feel a bit let down by both Amazon and the seller customer service.Overall, I can’t fault the quality of my set so far but customer service is also important should there be any problems further down the line and I hope that I won’t need to if this is what happens. If you are in a position to take the full refund Amazon offer, this set is good value.

Surprised at the quality for priceNeeded a full socket set for working on a motorcycle. Looked at equivalent sets from Halfords etc. Which were at least double the price.Considering its for more hobby use decided to take a punt on this set, and so glad I did. Only been used a few times so far, the quality far exceeds what I was expecting.Unlike some other sets, that quote high number of pcs by including cable ties or lots of Allen keys. This set actually contains a good selection of useable pieces. Although the sockets may go quite a bit high for most people.Pieces are easily identifiable and the ratchets provide nice feedback during use. The push button makes changing sockets easy.The included foam sheet keeps all the pieces in place when not in use.

A much more reasonably priced and high quality set of chrome vanadium steel socket tools.Bought this as a special Christmas present for someone. I already own a similar set I bought from Halfords which I paid a lot more for but I needed something a bit more reasonably priced.I’ve had a quick play around with the tools and they are on par with my Halfords one’s. They are made from the same high strength chrome vanadium steel and the sockets have the same push button attachment mechanism that makes attaching the different sockets a doddle.The storage case is nice and solid and comes with a rubber separator to keep all the tools in place. IT ACTUALLY WORKS. I shook the case while it was closed and everything was in place when I opened it. My Halfords set came with a flimsy foam separator that doesn’t work so the WorkPro set actually trumps the Halfords set here.I’ve included some pictures of the full set including some pics of the push button mechanism in action to show you how it works. All socket sets should be made this way. Enjoy.
