Kraftform Kompakt VDE
KK VDE components undergo dielectric strength test under a 10,000-volt load in a water bath to reassure users that their screwdrivers have been exhaustively tested for their most important feature; their insulation. Each individual Wera VDE screwdriver and component is subjected to this test to ensure safe working up to 1,000 volts. the blade-holding handles feature Kraftform ergonomics; with hard gripping zones for high working speeds, and soft zones ensuring comfort during intensive use and high torque transfer. For Kraftform Kompakt VDE blades: the handle/interchangeable blade system allows a rapid exchange of the blade and multiple applications.

fits most contactors and most terminal screwsI have this set for the finer work in panel boards and distribution circuits i use a static shaft set for abuse but these are awesome for the finer work two handles so for eg cross slotted and slotted on different handles at the same time, Organisational pouch provided and dependant on how you prefer the layout of your screwdrivers, this ouch can accommodate 👍

Top QualityThe quality is unmatched by Wera. These blades go into the handles without any issues, they come back out by simply pressing down on the yellow release button around the top of the handle. For the amount of blades plus an extra handle it is great value for money. The case is also durable and I can tell it will be long lasting.

Harder than you thinkOnly been using these for a few days now. But what a delight.I am an engineer by profession and use drivers on a daily basis. I was suspicious about the build quality before I got my hands on them but all fears were aleviated on first use. They are well made and more than up to the task when it comes to termination and general screwing. I wouldn’t use them as a chisel or to lever up a manhole cover or anything like that though as I think that this would likely damage the handle, that’s a job for larger, cheaper drivers.With a magnet I checked the shaft and can confirm that it is indeed metal all the to the bottom of the driver. I had a cheaper set of Clarke drivers like these years ago and when they broke I was mortified to find they were only metap at the tip.The case fits nicely on the belt if you choose to wear them and the velcro fastening fits onto the Wera 2 go tool bag which I got for Christmas.Generally I am lazy when it comes to screwdrivers. If I come across a star bit, I jam a flat blade in it and screw away If I happen to have a flat head in my hand and come across a post the I go at it with the flat head. It is a bad habit, so it is nice having a range if 17 different drivers to go ag without having to get my whole tool bag out.Great product. Even makes me look forward to going to work… a little bit anyway.

Look good but snapped one alreadyUsed a couple of times and the PZ/S1 has snapped. Always used CK in the past no problem wanted to reduce tool kit so went for this interchangeable set

QualityAs an on the road technician, I took the jump to remove all my singles and try this set. I have owned around 6 months when writing this, and I would not go back to singles. Its a big wrap and takes up room in the tool bag, but I have everything I need. Great brand with quality tools. Happy with these.
