    Does the jobThis cutter is fine for small amounts of grass and for clipping small bushes. The only slight criticism I have is that it is not as easy as it might be to change from the grass cutter’s blade to that of the bush pruner.

    Does a basic job ok.The shears are easy to use and recharge and ok for light work, such as just tidying up a few shrubs and bushes, but it doesn’t have the power to get through hard wood branches or thicker stems. If you require the tougher workload then you’ll need to choose shears with more than the 7.2v or higher wattage power output.

    It works wellIt works extremely well, I have used it twice both times for about 35/40 minutes and it was surprisingly good at cutting pieces 3 to 4 mm thick.

    Good price does the job what I expectedIt does the job what I want so that I don’t need to carry the big trimer all the time. I like the trimming blade which is longer that the others on Amazon which is very helpful.

    A must have!Great for an octogenarian who likes to keep his 2.5 x 300 meter hedge looking in great nick throughout the summer. Battery keeps it going longer than you might think and by the time it packs in Its probably best I do too!

    Handy unitWorks well but not great with larger leaves hedging ie laurel. The leaves too big and waxy to fit in guides. Real good on hawthorn and other shrubs with smaller leaves. Only downside for me is the vibration that goes up my arm as I have problems with joints.

    Works quite well, but I thinks spares will be a problem!Edited: As per the headline because it cuts better (but not all that much) than the Bosch AdvanceShear 18V-10 that I bought at the same time and am now returning – but I doubt I’ll be able to get spare blades or batteries – and I am “Not impressed” with the seller’s responses to posted questions (not least because one of the responses pointed to replacement batteries which don’t, and can’t, fit this tool!That said, maybe at less than 1/2 the price of the Bosch, it could said that it should simply be considered as a “throw-away” job if/when it fails!

    Straightforward assembly and useIt charged well, I used it on my topiary (box) hedges, it was easy, cut well, is light and manoeuvrable so perfect for these. Also for random deadheading – anemones, dahlias, roses when walking to & from hedges!

    Light, simple, goodIt’s a really good light, trimmer for small job in your garden. Battery is good – so far I’ve done few trimmings on one battery and still have 2 bars left. Trimming is easy, blade is sharp and doing great job. It’s a good piece of equipment for this price.
