This VonHaus 215 piece socket set is fully equipped with an extensive range of tools perfect for DIY, hobby mechanics or household maintenance.

Complete with 1/4”, 3/8”, 1/2” ratchets, spanners and torx bits and a variety of premium carbon steel tools, sockets and accessories and over a hundred chrome vanadium bits for everyday applications.

The socket set is made from heat treated carbon steel and chrome vanadium for strength and durability. The set comes in a robust storage case, with placeholders inside for organised tools and easy access.

Its two front clip fastenings keeps the set secure while the ergonomically designed handle ensures it is comfortable when transporting.

    Very good and sturdy productThis product is very sturdy and well worth the money. I have never owned a ‘proper’ socket set but I am well pleased with this set. There are so many versatile attachments worthy of mention that make doing that special job easy and pleasurable.

    UNREALIt has to be said, upon buying this I was very skeptical. I know that I have needed tools like this for a while and will open a whole new world of DIY for me and therefore was worried when I saw the price of this.Most sets this comprehensive and large in tool shops were near £180-£250. However after using these for a while I can say this is the best bargain you can possibly get. They are UNBELIEVABLY sturdy.The multiple size ratchets are so handy and the multitude of extension bars and other gadgets are superb and I have to say I have no regretted spending a single penny on this thing. I wouldn’t even say it’s a good beginner set as it’s almost more than a beginner set.

    Great setRatchets great and sturdy. Sockets are good quality and fit the nuts without Slack. I use impact sockets on really tight nuts. But these are pritty sound for day to day use. The set stays in the box well and the box is OK time will tell on the box but the sockets spanners ratchets and screw driver bits are good solid quality. A really good set. Nee bosh

    Very solid and comprehensiveIt’s a heavy set but very comprehensive. The materials seem to be made of durable alloys.Other reviews have criticised the carry case but provided you retain the sponge insert and open it up the right way up (ie badge upwards) it’s fine and nothing falls out. It may be that in time the casing will weaken and things loosen but they’re pretty tight now. There’s a really good spread of sockets, ratchets and adaptors. Very good range of various screwhead bits: flat, Phillips, torx, Allen, etc.The carry case is hinged (not just flexible plastic which wears out) and the closures metal and hinged. So more durable. Just so you know, the make sounds German but it’s manufactured in China

    BARGAIN IN GOOD WAYI’ve bought this socket set to my Friend in very big offer around £59.Obviously just for DIY purposes but ….Then this happenedWe’ve been working on clutch change on he’s car and used the bits on impact wrench and my dear people these sockets aren’t for that purpose but they deal with the job just as The Impact ones.Don’t recommend to do that for daily basis Obviously but still the sturdiness is definitely higher than expected.All the rachet feels strong and around 70 tooth.Two cons are the silicone/rubber handles get dirty then they suck the oil in and even after cleaning they stay not as bright as new .Second the spanners are short in my opinion as example 10mm spanner is around 8 to 10 cm long 😕
