Product Description

The MIG-200FI Gives you Röhr Quality
Exceed your Expectations
Röhr welders are built to last with high quality components that will ensure reliability for occasional or regular users. This welder uses the latest inverter technologies. Inverters dramatically reduce the power required to weld by increasing efficiency by 30% and they produce a consistent power supply giving you the most stable welding arc. IGBT monotubing significantly increases efficiency compared to normal MOS tubing.
Perfect for a Wide Variety of Welding
This welding machine is equipped with an electronic reactor circuit to control electric short transition and blending transition. This provides stable wire speed, low power consumption and no electromagnetic noise. This welder is multi-use so you can weld low-carbon steel, stainless steel and alloys.
Dual “2-in-1” Portable Functionality
This welder for MIG / MAG welding and is highly portable due to it’s all-in-one handle design. The unit produces neat welds that leave you in no doubt that this high quality welder is designed by Röhr.

The Latest IGBT Technology
IGBT is a bipolar transistor with an insulated gate electrode. This semi-conducting device is being increasingly used in power electronics because it combines the advantages of two transistor types: the easy controls of the field effect transistor and the fast switching and high breakdown voltage of the bipolar transistor. The IGBT also offers some robustness against short circuits because it limits the electrical continuity.

Featuring ARC Force and Hot Start
With ARC Force, the current increases automatically when the arc is shorter. Hot Start automatically boosts the tension at the ignition of the arc, this function facilitates the electrical arc ignition. After ignition, the unit automatically returns to the pre-set voltage.

Anti-Stick
This function helps to prevent overheating of the electrode by switching off the welding current when the electrode sticks to the material.

Flexible Welding and Stepless Feed
This unit features a stepless wire feed system so you can focus all of your attention on your weld. Also it’s highly portable design allows for use wherever you need it.

MIG / MAG Welding
MIG is used for welding materials such as magnesium, copper and other non-ferrous materials and their alloys. MAG on the other hand, is suitable for steel, structural steel and most of its alloys. Thus, great welding seams can be briskly and efficiently manufactured with different thicknesses, ensuring that material distortion is kept to a minimum.

Vari-gas Flow
MIG/MAG welding require a protective gas. Inert gases, such as argon and helium, as well as active gases (for example carbon dioxide) and other mixtures can be used. The solenoid valve regulates the flow of gas. The valve is operated via a button on the torch.

Standard UK 3 Pin 240V AC
This welding machine does not need a specialist power supply, it can run straight off the mains.

Easy Start On / Off Switch
Easy to plug in anywhere and a simple on / off switch to get started.
