German Quality – Sort OfI bought these for my wife for her birthday – really – because I’d previously bought a set of grips for myself which, I was very impressed with.Two things to note. Firstly, I’ve spent my entire career as a marine engineer and in offshore construction. As such I have used and abused tools far beyond what most people would ever do and I’ve come across just about every brand. These tools are as good as they get in terms of strength and quality especially when one considers the price. If you can break these without the use of bars, tubes or other additional mechanical advantages then you need to put your underpants on the outside of your boilersuit.Secondly, my wife got these to keep in her possession because I work overseas and she got sick and tired looking for something in my workshop when I was offshore when she had to fix something…. Wives of marine engineers are a bit more handy than the average wife for sure.Lastly, there is a big thing made about being German. The name and their website lays it on thick and yes, Presch the company is German. But, the tools are not. They may be designed in Germany but they are made of high grade Chinesium in the Far East. That’s basically why you get these at a reasonable cost. German design with added QA/CU and manufactured in a low cost manufacturing facility at the far end of the world. I guess unless you want to pay three times as much, this is the reality.In truth, however, the fact is that these are tough, well made tools and for the price, hard to beat.

QUALITY TOOLS.A quick delivery of these nice tools. I was very impressed with the quality & sturdiness of this set.They replaced a set i have had for many years & will not part with. They were affordable enough to add to my tools in the shed & are the one’s i reach for first.Recommended.

Quality sometimes is worth spending that little extra onActually 25 quid for three pairs of pliers sounds expensive however you’ll know how frustrating cheap ones can be. These don’t twist whilst holding things, there really free flowing and comfortable. There presented really well ( gimmick I know ) ; I have to say I’m not disappointed in the spend. Definitely worth buying guys and girls

don’t get rusty and loose cutting edge.many of the cheaper range of pliers I have bought and used over 60 years have corroded thus loosing cutting edge and grip, this plier set should last me out. My first pair of combination pliers I bought in 1959 and cost 85 pence in decimalmoney they were very good, lost them during my electrical training then. Thanks for excellent plier set.Regards m.c.

Hand friendly tools.I have arthritis in my fingers so I’m always on the lookout for tool of good quality but are kind to the user as well. These pliers are simply a real joy to use.The delivery was also super quick as well.I’m happy with the tools and I’m really happy with the seller.

Reasonable value and serviceNot heavy duty, but OK for my indoor Luthier workshop, and fit into a drawer.Unlike the same brand screwdriver set that is more childlike in size, these are sized better . . . But I wouldn’t trust exposing them to the elements, I’ll leave that to my Stanley tools collection
