4 ORBITAL ADJUSTMENT

This adjustment will let jigsaw cut various materials faster and more efficiently. It is able to cut wood, PVC and Metal more easily. When the saw blade reciprocates up and down, the jig saw will increase the forward thrust of a certain frequency, which helps to improve the cutting performance and speed.

 

• Position 0: The cutting speed is the slowest, but the cutting surface is the smoothest. Suitable for cutting high-hardness, high-thickness metal plates and woods.
• Position 1: The cutting speed will be slower, suitable for cutting hard wood and plastic parts with large arc curves. Cutting metal plates is not recommended.
• Position 2: The cutting speed will be faster, suitable for cutting plastic, plywood or ordinary wood.
• Position 3: The cutting speed is the fastest, but the cut surface is the roughest, suitable for fast cutting of soft and thin wood.

 

QUICK BLADES-CHANGE DESIGN   Tool-free blade release allows for quick and easy blade changes. There is no need to replace the blade with tools. Only need to rotate the chuck to replace the blade, which providing convenient and high efficient cutting work.	SAFETY SWITCH BUTTON   Use your thumb to hold the safety lock on either side of the machine before pressing the on/off switch. BEVEL CUTTING Adjust bevel angle(-45° to 45°)can be used to complete difficult work.   Get the hex key from the jigsaw. Unscrew the nut of the base with a hex wrench. Adjust the angle of the jigsaw to the desired angle to lock it with the card slot. Tighten the nut with a hex wrench until the jigsaw is fixed.
