Good, not amazingThis is a good little set of spanners, however, it’s not a top tier set.The bigger sizes, the tolerance is very high.I needed to use a 24, it was way too big, the 23 almost fit the nut I was trying to remove, but was slightly too small, so I had to awkwardly try and maneuver my socket onto it, which a 24 fit perfectly.Have checked a few of the other ones too, and the bigger ones have a very visible size difference to actual measurements, but it’s a very heavy and decent quality set for £40-50, so can’t really complain. The extra size is quite negligible on the smaller sizes.

Good value but you pay for what you get…I bought these new for £49.95, the set arrived promptly and was complete, however: – one or two spanners had scratches and rust spots – the quality of the ring ends is so-so – the first attached photo compares the 19mm (orange sleeve) in the set with a 19mm (no sleeve) in a Homebase set I purchased about 19 years ago. The corners in the Homebase spanner rings are much sharper and well-defined than these. The smaller ring spanners in the set also appear to be poorly forged/machined (see second photo showing part of the teeth missing) but appear to work.Overall, for occasional DIY use I think these are on the money but I have doubts as to their durability for serious use, and how good they’re going to be at dealing with a really stiff nut or bolt – they are more likely to slip I think. So they work for me and I won’t be returning them, they are good value but you pay for what you get in this instance….

disappointed. ShameVery happy with the spanners, but three of them have the coating peeling off. A little disappointed. Shame

Seem to be up to the job. Time will tell!Seem to be OK but need to use them for a while to establish durability.

Bad quality very disappointedTerrible value for money. I like the idea of the rubber grip on the handles and cant fault that at all however the functionality of the spanner’s are poor. I work in an industry where I’m using these tools all the time and don’t believe that this set is safe. All ring ends are rounded and do not grip properly onto bolts. Used afew times and not happy; as soon as a bolt is slightly tightened the spanner slips off. There’s been many of times where I’ve almost caused injury to myself where a spanner has lost its grip and my fingers have almost been crushed (and the same when trying to loosen bolts). Would not recommend and do not trust the tools one bit. If I was the manufacturer I would either take them off the market, improve them or have them redesigned more precisely.
