The DMR109 is equipped with micro USB port for software upgrades, AUX-IN jack for connecting to an external audio source (connecting cable is not included) and AC adapter jack. The antenna is flexible, can be removed and stored inside the radio.
Elastomer bumpers protect the Radio against any rough handling on a job site, the soft grip handle swivels 90 degrees and the DMR109 is IP64 rated dust and showerproof construction.

The DMR109 is capable of receiving DAB (Digital Audio Broadcasts) and is dual power source AC or Makita batteries. Two x 76mm side firing speakers deliver stereo sound. The DMR109 has an easy to read DAB/FM tuner with LCD backlit display, with 10 pre-set channels, 5 DAB and 5 FM.
