It’s ok… but…It was a bit tricky to get the chain to sit right, especially when dripping with oil, but it wasn’t too bad to prepare for cutting. I was disappointed though with its performance. It chewed more than cut a hedge I trimmed. The branches where all dangling as opposed to cut clean off. I tried it on an overhanging branch and it was better at that. I think this is more of a branch cutter than a hedge trimmer if I’m honest. I wanted to message the manufacturer from Amazon to check I had it set up correctly but there was no ‘contact seller’ option.

Battery is 2.0Ah not 2.5AhThe new dark grey version of the pole saw comes with a 40V 2.0Ah battery and not a 2.5Ah battery like the description says and probably like the white version used too, I have the white chainsaw and that does come with a white 2.5Ah battery. Amazon need to update the description of this item to show this.

Litheli Awesome Customer ServiceSaw this product and checked some reviews online / you tube etc and it got great feedback so gave it a go. Unfortunately when it turned from Amazon the box had obviously been opened up and several items were missing…what a pain! So I go through the process of returning and thought I would drop Litheli an email telling them of my annoyance that Amazon ship items clearly unchecked and were obviously a prior return. I was surprised by the prompt reply and swift corrective action from their US based company, they got me a replacement sorted super quick which arrived all nicely boxed and nothing missing. High praise to the Litheli Customer Service Team, so if you are thinking of buying one you can be confident of their support. Top job …..oh and the saw works a treat, easy to put together and the saw blade direction was easy to fit too. Happy Days.

good machine thisthe only problem that I could find with this item was it is a little heavy but it works great but what I can’t understand is why do you not enclose a small sample of chain oil, it means that I could no use the machine until I went to the shop and buy a carton of oil I am quite sure that you could have that included this in the package, I have used the machine a few times and I am happy with it, it is really easy to assemble and works great.
