FlimsyDon’t like that there is no clasp to hold them closed. The cutter pliers are soft metal and became damaged on first use on soft light metal

Decent price for OK qualityI completed my first ever Metal Earth kit with just a pair of tweezers, and I decided that I’d like few more tools for the next one to make it a bit easier and look a bit neater.I bought this set because I didn’t want to to spend too much money on this new hobby.The build quality is somewhat low – the clippers don’t quite close exactly straight (although it’s enough to clip out the metal pieces) and the flat nose pliers don’t close completely flush. It’s clear that these are cheap tools. However, I think this is a fair price for the quality (I bought it for £8.99), and if I was in the same position again of wanting to spend a small amount of money towards a hobby I wasn’t totally set on yet, I would buy these again.If you are already decided that you want to make at least another 3+ kits, I think it would be worth investing in a higher quality tool set.

Do the job but “Precision Pliers” are not words I would useThey do the job if your modelling, but the overall finish is is not the best and the pliers don’t line up at the ends

Perfect for model earth modelsThese are great, I brought them for the purpose of metal earth models after buying another set that turned out to be rubbish, should have brought these first and saved so money
