The 1/4-inch square drive metric socket set is a six point socket set made from chrome vanadium steel that’s hardened and tempered with a satin finish. The set is supplied with a 72 tooth reversible soft grip ratchet and accessories. Packed in a steel carrying case. The set contains: 13 sockets size 4, 4.5, 5, 5.5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 mm. 7 deep sockets size 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 13 mm. 72 tooth reversible ratchet with soft grip handle and quick release button. 2 extension bars 50, 100 mm. A sliding ‘T’ bar. An universal joint. 1/4 inch square drive to 1/4 inch hex bit adaptor. 2 x plain slot bits 3, 5 mm. 3 x cross slot bits No.1, 2, 3. 3 x PZ Type bits No.1, 2, 3. 6 x Draper TX-Star bits T10, T15, T20, T25, T30, T40. 4 x hex bits 3, 4, 5, 6 mm.

You get what you pay for.I know most tools of this ilk come from China and therefore expect some flaw along the way. It all works in essence but I found that it is difficult to remove either a socket or the extension from the ratchet; so much so that I have to knock a small flat screwdriver to lever either of them from the ratchet handle. Not a big deal perhaps but quite annoying when you have to return to the bench vice to change a socket for instance. Still, as the title says, we get what we pay for.

Very good socket setGreat set this is, solid and a good range of sizes. Especially good for the price I got it for. Ideal for fixing lawn mower and other jobs. Neat little box they come in too, so everything is under one lid.

My go to kitThis kit is great vlse for money, I have now used this kit fo many jobs on my car and on other DIY tasks.I like that the sockets lock onto the ratchet, and that the scots and extensions shafts are a tight positive fit so that they do not fall off when working in tight spces at difficult angles.Very happy i got it, saved me so much time over my older kit nd is much nicer to use.
