They work!Surprisingly for a set this cheap rhey didn’t distort bend and round the bolts! Cannot fault them at all. Well pleased with them.

Good for the priceThis is a handy set of sockets for a difficult socket head that’s not easy to find in the stores. Only minor gripe is the silver securing rail the sockets push on to is very lightweight and not fit for purpose with the sockets not securing to it…. this is where they saved their production costs I would think as other socket sets I have bought have more sturdy securing rails. Good little and handy little set though.

bought used like new through amazonAs per title bough new used like new set. I would just buy new in future as the set i received was not like new, scratches on various bits and on retaining rail all out of order.The torx appear good quality however I have yet to try them out.

Started to round after 3-4 bolt with an impact wrenchLow cost set that might be fine for brand new bolts, but anything with a bit of rust not so much. The socket I used started rounding the star pattern of the socket internally after just 3-4 uses on a tight bolts.

Don’t get black onesIt didn’t occur to me until I had 2’ of socket extensions down in an engine bay, because they’re black you can’t see them in shade or when everywhere’s greasy etc. I’ll probably put some coloured tape on them.The sockets are actually great, worked well, well machined.

looks sturdy. Nice not to have to buy a silly plastic case with them.Looks good and solid. haven’t needed to give it a stress test yet but they certainly look the part. No plastic case 🙂
