Easy to useI found the assembly quick and easy ,no instructions though. The overall build is lightweight ,in particular the grass box which is very flimsy,I hope it stays the course.I thought Bosch would have made it more sturdy with their reputation but you get what you pay for.I don’t like the height adjustment, unlike other mowers I’ve had, there is no lever and you have to turn the mower upside down and force the front axle into one of the three position slots. each side, being spring loaded its not easy especially for arthritic or ladies hands, I will leave it in the middle position AT 40MM and see how it goes.I was impressed with the power for 1200 watts ,the grass had grown more than usual and was wet but the mower chopped through it ok however the tunnel between the blade and the grass box became blocked several times because of the wet grass clumping, I had to cut the grass like this before it grew anymore and rain was forecast for some time.

Surprisingly goodPicked this up so family members when visiting my elderly mother in law could keep on top of the garden. It was smaller than i expected, however, it stepped up to the task well and was able to do a very good cut on an overgrown and uneven lawn. came at a superb price as well.I would recommend this for a small to medium lawn.

Fair value for moneyAssembly was a bit of a nuisance. Thankfully most of the body of the mower is already complete. You mainly just have to assemble the push bar. I found it very tricky to get the lowest bars to line up with the bore holes in the body of the mower. There’s no way of knowing where they align. Once assembled the bars were actually skewed by a few degrees, so it’s not entirely straight.Aside from that, no complaints whatsoever. Mower is fairly quiet, and does a lovely job of the lawn, which is all you can ask of it of course. It does feel a little bit flimsy, and the grass collection box especially is very flimsy too, but nonetheless just treat it all carefully and I’m sure it’ll be fine. I’ve used it three times now and it’s going really well, and pound for pound I doubt you’ll get better elsewhere.Hope to have a good few years of service out of it.

Perfect for a small to medium sized gardenReplaced a cheaper branded one that made a lot of noise and left a lot of mess. This one is much less noisy and way better at cutting the grass without leaving a spray of grass everywhere :DIt really keeps the mess to a minimal and sucks up most the grass as it should do. Only time it sprays the grass out is on even bits like the boundary of grass to slabs and so on.Instructions on putting together are not in the pack but watched a YouTube video to double check all was ok, have some red clips but no instructions online on what to do with them (so they stay in the box they look like cable management clips or something). It does feel a little cheap but i am hoping it lasts 😉

  5. Bankieboy

Slightly flimsy but okI got this to quickly replace a much bigger and heavier mower whose motor had suddenly burned out. This is much narrower so more ups and downs whn mowing but it’s also hugely lighter so my wife would be able to easily use it whereas she found the beast far too big and heavy.Mows the grass quite well but I’m not sure about the build quality – it feels a bit flimsy, particularly around the power handle. No real grumbles for the price I paid on special offer and it was invaluable to get the grass finished before winter set in.

  6. Loz

Easy to assemble and does job wellGreat value for money. Happy with this purchase

  7. Green Ninja

Good buyGreat value and arrived quickly. Instructions for assembly not as good as they could be, especially height adjustment. Cuts to the edge neatly and is very light to use.

  8. Paul Creaser

A good cheap mowerA good but basic and in parts flimsy mower.

Brilliant lawn mower! This delivered quickly and in a really compact box.Pros- Once assembled it is light and easy to use.- no experience required! We had our first go in the tiny garden and we were done within 20 minutes. No sweat and no swearing!- easy to clear out..no mess in the garden- cable long enough to go to the end of the gardenCons – all small inconveniences- you can’t fold the handle down or flatten this model to hang it on the wall like some otherodels. The only way to store it is either as it is or you need to screw down the whole handle bar system.- the handle bars are very tight to fit in and one of the screws at bottom don’t really go in that much. It does not affect how it works as a whole but just bugs us a little. All in all extremely pleased with the purchase and a relief to know we can actually handle the lawn ourselves now!

Good for the priceGood for a small lawn. Awkward to put together and would be brilliant if the cord was longer.
