Poor quality controlWe wanted an inexpensive pliers to work on miniature items. We ordered five to begin with and three were satisfactory. However, we noticed that the “tips” were not consistent. See photos. There were also some slight design differences as well (photo). We ordered five more to see if they would be any better and all five were way out of spec and much to broad nose. We brought this up with customer service and they said they would replace it with five more. Guess what, those too were pretty random. The only way we could use them would be to manually grind the noses down. For the price, if you just need something on the “small” size then this should do. I wish they were much more consistent (on the small/narrow way).

OK tool but barely makes the cut.They work fine as pliers, they do not cut metal all that well. Some twisting is required to make the cut. I am cutting musical wire, like strings.

Not sharpened correctly3 ot of 5 pairs came in not fully sharpened to the back of the cutters. just a black flat edge that you can see they did not get all the way to the back of the cutting edge so they will not cut wires unless left on the front edge.
