Cuts really wellExcellent for cutting a range of hedges. Reduced by 1* as cable is black, rather than orange – I cut through it in 2nd use!!! Now with orange cable all ok.

Cracking value, lightweightNever heard of the brand before, went off reviews. Replaced my Flymo hedgetrimmer which I’d had for over 10 years and found heavy and awkward to use. This one feels like you are hardly lifting anything, is razor sharp and made lightwork of all my hedges, and trimming bushes without any problem. Definitely recommend. Agree with some of other comments, the cord is black so you have to be vigilant so as not to cut it through when trailing. A minor point though.

NoisyThis hedge trimmer does cut well and has a good reach but it is too noisy and I had to ear protectors which I never needed with previous trimmers. Also it would ne better if the cable was orange, not black which can be difficult to see in the clippings and can lead to the power lead cutting cut accidentally.

a good productonly got this at the end off summer, so only used it once on my hedges . it was lighter than my previous black and decker which i had for years ,also the blade was a bit longer. only problem i had was trying to activate the 2 year warranty on the website, but it turns out you do not have to, just keep your purchase receipt

Value for money.Trimmed a hedge of pyracantha reasonably well though less sharp than my previous hedge trimmer – it did the job even if a bit rough but for the money it’s a reasonable tool.
