Decent tool box sawFed up with setting up / charging electric saws for a quick task I found this to be really useful and an enjoyable reconnection to the old ways. Nice tool, effective and reasonably priced

Great bit of kitI have been using one of these saw for more than 20 years and they are great for doing PVC trims. Very hard to get now and the cost has doubled because of this. Nacho have now stopped making this saw, which is a shame. Definitely worth having in your toolbox if you’re a window, kitchen or bathroom fitter.

Didn’t stay sharp for longUsed to cut some kitchen cupboards down to size and cut worktop to length but blunted very quickly. May be better suited to timber.

Great little SawHave been using Bahco tools for some time and they are hard to beat for quality and value for money. Needed a general purpose saw to cut decking timber and laminate and this little saw was perfect. Would also recommend Bahco socket sets. Easily the best I have ever used.

Perfect size.I bought this saw because it’s the perfect size for my tool bag. I use it for work, the blades not that sturdy and the plastic handles a bit weak but it’s perfect for what I need.

Brilliant saw for a clean finish and easy cuttingA first class saw. It has very fine teeth and is rather like a tenon saw without the spine stiffener. It produces a very clean cut. I am using it to cut oak skirting and it cuts through that really well and so far shows no sign of becoming blunt, perhaps because of the hardened teeth. It is a little on the short side, but is much still longer than a tenon saw and works better for mitres on wide skirting because there is no spine to get in the way – so there is no depth of cut limitation. It is better on the cross cut than sawing along the grain where it can wander off the desired a bit (maybe my lack of skill). It is especially effective with the EMIR 28 Skirtingboard Mitre because the fine teeth means that it doesn’t cut into the guide faces as much as a saw with teeth with more offset. Keep the blade clean and (very) lightly oiled and it cuts brilliantly.

PerfectThis is a fine tooth saw ideal for those situations where you need a very clean cut eg trimming kitchen cupbooard panels. This does the job perfectly.

! Smaller than the classic carpenter’s saws.I didn’t read the description and thought I was getting a normal joinery saw. What I actually got was a smaller, less flexible, but excellent quality and useful saw. Very handy to have around.
