It’s always exciting when we hear that Google are adding more technology to the Market, and that’s just the case with the launch of the Google Pixel 3 and 3 XL. I’ve always been a fan of the Google Pixel 2, so will the Pixel 3 stand up to expectations and be even better?

When having discussions about the new Pixel 3 and 3 XL the first thing that people seem to tell me is ‘have you heard how good the camera is?’ Boasting a 12.2 MP dual pixel camera on the rear and a front 8MP wide angel and normal FoV camera, it’s one of the best in today’s market!

The internal storage comes in 2 options, 64GB and 128GB which is the same as the Google Pixel 2. Not that this is a bad thing, as these are both more than adequate for everyday use and beats a lot of other smart phones and androids on the Market. But these aren’t needed as Google photos give you free unlimited online storage for all of your photos and videos!

Google have confirmed that the Pixel 3 comes with ‘a better battery for the things that matter’ which charges fast and lasts all day. It comes with an adaptive battery which learns your habits over time and limits the battery for the apps that you use less often, meaning that your battery life will be saved for the apps that matter to you. Even charging the Google Pixel 3 can be done wirelessly with the Pixel stand but is also compatible with any other Qi enabled wireless charger.

Even with all of the above, Google haven’t forgotten about how important security is! The Pixel 3 has a custom built security chip which helps secure your passwords and operating system. In today’s world, I think you would agree that this is a huge step up!
